Shipping, Return & Refund Policy (The Coach)

Shipping Policy
Once you place your order, it’ll process within 1−3 business day. From there we’ll ship it out and send you your tracking number once it’s on its way. Products are shipped in discreet packaging (a neutral toned mailer with no text on the outside).
You should expect to receive your package within 3 — 7 days. We only ship within the United States.
In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to contact us — support@the.coach or via Profile => Support option in The Coach app. Canceling your subscription means you would no longer receive your monthly refill on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but once your credit card has been charged, you will receive that month’s shipment. If you have any questions, email us — support@the.coach

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our supplement and personal care products, all sales are final. However, if you come across any issues with your order, please e-mail our team at support@the.coach.
Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, and credit card information are correct; we are not responsible if an incorrect address is inputted.
You must cancel your subscription before you are charged for the following month. Once you have been billed, the product will be shipped within one business day and can no longer be refunded.

Refund Policy
If you’ve tried our product out and are unhappy with it, please reach out to support@the.coach within 30 days of your delivery date so we can determine the next best steps for you. While we cannot guarantee a refund once your product has been shipped/opened/used, we will work with you to find the best solution.
